IT and Communication Creating Pathways of Economic Transformation

IT has been the key driver of growth in various verticals. It has influenced manufacturing, trading, medicare, education, e-governance and number of other services sectors like finance and insurance. The Government of the Haryana has taken various policy decisions to strengthen the IT sector and is offering various incentives to set up production or research hubs in the state. Haryana has singed MOU’s with companies for jointly developing and deploying an array of technology solutions for e-governance. It plans to develop a state of the art information technology park with intelligent buildings and a hi-tech habitat center.

Haryana Government has also singed MOU with STPI and other leading global major for augmenting the IT infrastructure in the State. The government has also introduced e-governance systems in various operational environments of public interface and is expanding its usage in other verticals as well. Prospective entrepreneurs and enterprises can capitalize on State’s IT strategy which encourage the setting up of:
